Los Angeles County Unincorporated Residents Eligible For Utility Bill Refund Payments Must File Claim By 14th April 2009. Visit Class Action Settlement Website to determine your eligibility and to download Claim Form.

Automobile Failed Smog Check And Need Financial Assistance? Apply For The California Department Of Consumer Repairs Bureau Of Automotive Repair Consumer Assistance Program (CAP). Receive financial assistance up to $500 for Smog Check Repairs or up to $1,000 for a Retired Vehicle. Financial assistance awarded to qualified applicants according to availability of funding. To determine eligibility, download a Consumer Assistance Program Application.
